The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of order dated 17.2.2016, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

In view of the above, interim relief granted on 17.2.2016 is hereby confirmed.
