By the present Interim Application the Applicant is seeking expeditious hearing of the present Writ Petition filed in the year 2005. After perusing the application and the pleadings in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition deserves to be heard early. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the

61.as.ia.4099.21_wp.3919.doc Petitioner No.1(A) i.e. S.K.Khanna has expired but she does not have specific information of the date of her demise as well as the names of her legal heirs. She submits that she will collect the necessary information and take out an appropriate application for impleadment of the legal heirs of S.K.Khanna in the present Writ Petition before the next date.

Both the parties shall exchange the list of dates and written submissions and circulate the same before the next date. 5.

Interim Application stands disposed of in the above terms. 6.

Place the present Writ Petition for "Directions" on 7th February, 2022.
