Mr. Mahadik, the learned advocate for the appellant states that this appeal arises out of the compensation awarded towards "no fault liability". He states that the parties have since arrived at amicable settlement and seeks to withdraw the First Appeal. The First Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn. In view of withdrawal of the First Appeal, the Civil Applications do not survive. The same are accordingly disposed off.
