A motion is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions for withdrawal of the petition.

Petition stands disposed of with liberty to initiate civil proceedings, particularly in regard establishing the claim of the petitioner for joint entitlement with respondent no. 3 to the commercial premises which are ready for allotment. It will be also open for the petitioner apart from claiming his joint entitlement to the said property, other reliefs qua partnership firm.

As a consequence of disposal of the petition, Civil Application also stands disposed of.
