This is an application preferred by the respondent No.5 in the Writ Petition. We have perused the prayers made in the application. If the applicant is aggrieved by the resolutions passed by the Village Panchayat, the applicant will have to adopt appropriate remedy in accordance with law. No relief can be granted in this application. Hence, we dispose of this application by granting liberty to the applicant to take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
