Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondents/State. Perused the averments made in the Petition. It is contended that the State Government has not decided the Representation dated 15 December 2014 a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit "F" to the Petition. The learned AGP has no instructions about the status of the Representation. In view of the prayer clause "A" and in view of the aforesaid factual aspect, we dispose of the Petition by passing following order:- 1/2
k 2/2 32 cri wp 4246.15 as.doc i) We direct the Petitioner to produce an authenticated copy of this order in the office of the Principal Secretary of the Urban Development as well as the Directorate of Industries along with a true copy of the Representation dated 15 December 2014; ii) If the Representation is already decided, the decision taken on the said Representation to be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of one month from the day on which an authenticated copy of this order is produced in the office of the Principal Secretary; iii) If the Representation is still pending, appropriate decision shall be taken by the Respondents within a period of two months from the date on which an authenticated copy of this order is served by the Petitioner;
Iv) Order passed on the said Representation be communicated to the Petitioner;
v) If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it will be open for him to challenge the said order in accordance with law; vi) All contentions on merit are kept open;
vii) The Petition is disposed of on above terms.
