Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. He submits that the show-cause notice, impugned in this Petition, is bad in law. He submits that though the reply is filed to the said show-cause notice, but the Respondent No.1 has not taken the decision. 2.

The learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State submits that she will convey to the concerned authority to take the decision immediately on the basis of the reply filed by the Petitioner in response to the show-cause notice issued to him.

We are not inclined to entertain this Petition taking an exception to the show-cause notice when the Petitioner had availed the opportunity of filing reply to the said show-cause notice. The Writ Petition is premature. Hence without entering into the contentions raised on merits, we dispose off this Petition.
