This application is for setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) granting conditional time to remove all office objections and for restoration of the Writ Petition. 2.

There is a delay of eight months and 10 days in filing the application. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay in filing application is explained in paragraph 3 to 6 of the application. by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that within four weeks from today he will remove all office objections. He further submits that the private parties were not represented in the petition. Copy of the application is served upon the learned AGP.

I have perused the application. For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned and application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to the petitioners removing all the office objections within four weeks from today.

It is clarified that if objections are not removed within four weeks from today, the present application will stand dismissed without reference to court.
