In view of the amicable settlement between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioners, on the instructions of the petitioners, who are present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. 3.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in Criminal Application No.338 of 2016. The same is disposed of accordingly.
