On 27/02/2020, the applicants were admitted to interim protection in C.R.No.13 of 2020 and were directed to report to the police station, as and when called for.

Since it is not the case of the prosecution that the applicants have not co-operated, in the wake of the accusations faced by the applicants, the order dated 27/02/2020 is made absolute.

It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicants that the mediation did not actually take place in the wake of the pandemic. The learned Mediator is discharged from the proceedings. It is open for the parties to settle their dispute through any independent Mediator.
