P.C.:­ None appears for the Petitioner. Heard Mrs. Pai, the learned APP for the State. The Petition is filed for following reliefs :­ "a) The record and proceedings in C.R. No.306 of 2015 U/s. 387, 504 pending before 66th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Andheri, be called for.

b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct state CID or any other independent agency authorised to investigate the matter.

c) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue directions against Respondent Nos.2 to 6 for Megha 1/2

Megha 34_wp_647_2017.doc initiating appropriate legal proceedings and registration of F.I.R. in accordance with law." 2.

The learned APP on instructions makes a statement that investigation into the subject FIR is completed and charge sheet is also filed before the concerned Magistrate. The statement is accepted. 3.
