Heard Learned Counsel for the Applicants. The Civil Application seeks recall and setting aside of a self operative order of dismissal passed the Registrar (Judicial-I) for non removal of the office objections. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the order of Learned Registrar (Judicial-I) dated 22 September 2015 is recalled and set aside. The Applicants shall remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the Petition shall stand rejected for nonremoval of office objections, without reference to this Court.
