Nonapplicant/husband shall initially deposit an amount of Rs 5,000/- before the Family Court at Pune and on each date when the Applicant attends the proceedings, she will be entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs 2,500/- as agreed hereinabove. Non-applicant on each date shall maintain balance of Rs 5,000/- with the Family 1/2
