Heard Mr. S.M.Sabrad, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The only grievance made in this petition is that the learned trial Judge has not disposed of the application Exhibit-72 made by the petitioners in R.C.S. No. 56 of 2013.

Mr.Sabrad states that petitioner no.1 who is also power of attorney holder of petitioner nos. 2 to 11 is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of driving licence of petitioner no.1, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from petitioner no.1, Mr.Sabrad states that all the respondents have filed reply to application Exhibit 72. By order dated 28th July 2015, the

Trupti 40-wp-2125-2017 learned trial Judge called for say of all concerned. Though, the say is filed by all the respondents, till date the application below Exhibit 72 is not decided.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Judge to decide the application Exhibit 72 within a period of six weeks from production of the authenticated copy of this order. 5.

All parties, including the trial Court to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
