The limited prayer of the Petitioner is that Respondent Nos.1 and 2-Management be directed to comply with the shortfalls indicated by the Education Officer in the communication dated 9 January 2015.

Court notice was issued to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and it has been served. None appears for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

No reason is placed before us as to why Respondent Nos.1 and 2 should not comply with the directions of the Education Officer. Learned AGP reiterated the contents of the communication dated 9 January 2015.

The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to comply with the requirements indicated in the communication dated 9 January 2015 and resubmit the proposal in respect of the Petitioner within a period of 6 weeks from the date the Petitioner informs the order to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 5.
