Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that so far as Petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 are concerned the Corporation has allotted accommodation and possession has also been taken by the said Petitioners. So far as the Petitioner No.2 is concerned he submits that this Petition may be disposed of with direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the Petitioner No.2's representation dated 30th January, 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 2.

With the aforesaid direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the said representation of Petitioner No.2 in accordance with law the Petition is disposed of. As a result Civil Application is also disposed of.
