We have heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent. He has vehemently submitted that the petition may be dismissed in limine, since the identical petitions have been dismissed. We have perused the said order 24th June, 2016 passed in a group of petitions, lead petition being Writ Petition No. 7062 of 2014. The facts in these cases and this case are identical. We, therefore, entirely agree with the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed Sd/- Sd/- [M. S. SONAK, J.] [V. M.
