Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions does not dispute that now Omar Muhamed Nensey has attained majority and therefore, he is entitled to receive back his Passport and Overseas Citizen of India Certificate (OCI). Though the present application is made by his father, there is an affidavit in support dated 8th February, 2017 filed by Omar.

cam-55.17 Hence, we dispose of the application by passing the following order :-

ORDER

(i) We direct the Registrar (Judicial-I) to return the Passport and Overseas Citizen of India Certificate described in prayer clause (a) to Omar Muhamed Nensey;

(ii) The application is disposed of.
