Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for State. Perused the papers.

The applicant herein has filed the present applications seeking transit bail in Crime No. 2 of 2017 registered with Chintalapudi Police Station, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh for the offence punishable 1/3

under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Crime No. 3 of 2017 registered with Dharmajigudem Police Station, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh for the offence punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities)Amendment Act, 2015. The first information reports in respect of Crime Nos. 2 of 2017 and 3 of 2017 registered in the State of Andhra Pradesh are placed on record.

The learned Senior Counsel submits upon instructions that the applicant desires to approach Andhra Pradesh High Court or to take appropriate legal remedy or cooperate with the investigating agency to the best of his capacity as per legal advise and therefore, prays for pre-arrest transit bail.

In view of this, the applicant deserve transit bail for a limited period in order to enable him to cooperate with the investigating agency in Andhra Pradesh or avail of appropriate legal remedies. 2/3

Hence, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The applications are allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 2/17 registered with Chintalapudi Police Station, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and one or more sureties in the like amount. (iii) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 3/17 registered with Dharmajigudem Police Station, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and one or more sureties in the like amount. (iii) This interim relief shall remain in force till 2 nd March, 2017.

The application stands disposed of.
