The Judgment and Decree passed by the First Appellate Court dated 11.11.2014 is set aside. The First Appellate Court shall hear the Second Appeal afresh and pronounce Judgment within a period of 8 weeks from the date of this Order. 3.

Parties shall appear before the First Appellate Court on 05.08.2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions/orders.

All contentions of the parties are kept open.
