Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5. By this petition, which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is pressing prayer clause (b) which reads as under:

"(b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ / order / 1 / 2

WP. 3079-17 direction in the nature of writ and be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 2 to implement its Resolution No. 5604 passed in the meeting of Board of Director of the Respondent No. 2 Corporation."

It is not the case of the Petitioner that the Respondents have not followed the said policy and he is seeking a direction for setting aside such a decision. In view of this, we are not inclined to entertain the petition and give a direction as prayed by the Petitioner. Reserving the right of the petitioner to agitate the issue raised in this petition if any adverse order is passed by Respondent No. 5, writ petition is disposed of.
