1] By judgment and order dated 24th November 2017, the learned Sessions Judge has convicted the applicant / appellant under section 302, 387, 341 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code in Sessions Case No. 36 of 2014. The applicant was original accused no. 4 in the said case. Being aggrieved thereby, the applicant has preferred criminal appeal no. 139 of 2018.

2] In the present application, it is prayed that an Advocate from Legal Aid be appointed to represent the applicant in the said appeal and his application for condonation of delay.

25-APPA-211-18 3] In view of the prayer made, we appoint Ms Rohini Dandekar, who is on Panel of Advocates of the High Court Legal Services Committee, to represent the applicant in criminal appeal no. 139 of 2018 as also in application for condonation of delay.

4] The application is allowed in above terms.
