The Petitioner has filed this Petition making a grievance regarding his pending proposal with the Respondent No.1 Maharashtra State Board of Nursing and Paramedical Education. Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

Notice was issued in this Petition. The learned counsel appears on behalf of Respondent No.1. The learned counsel for Respondent No.1 states that as per his instructions, the Petitioner's name is on the list of the colleges in respect of whom inspection by Respondent No.1 is to be carried out. Because the Petitioner has not paid the charges for inspection inspite of being reminded twice, no further action is being taken. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that this being the only impediment, the Petitioner will immediately pay the necessary charges to the Respondent No.1.
