... Respondents Mr. Devendra Tiwari i/b. Law Chamber of Siddharth Murarka for the Applicant.

Mr. Abhijeet A. Devkhile for the Respondent Nos.2 to 4. Mr. S.S. Pednekar, APP for the Respondent - State. CORAM: SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.

DATE : 3rd OCTOBER 2019.

P.C. :

This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing application seeking leave to appeal. The delay is of 37 days. The learned counsel for the respondent vehemently submits that the applicant has not explained the delay as contemplated under section 5 of the Limitation Act. However, for the reasons assigned in paragraph nos.6, 7, 8 and 9 of the application, the delay needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and stands disposed of.
