In view of the preliminary objection raised by the Respondent husband, the Applicant wife seeks to withdraw the present Miscellaneous Civil Application and file the same before the Aurangabad Bench of Bombay High Court.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

The Court is informed that the Mat. Petition No.50/2016/A filed by the Respondent husband before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Vasco, Goa is now placed on 14 November 2017. The Civil Judge Senior Division, Vasco, Goa shall adjourn the proceeding being Mat. Petition some time after 8 December 2017.
