This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Second Appeal no. 942 of 2006 on the ground that applicant is Senior Citizen.

Earlier this court passed order on 25.02.2011 in Civil Application no. 164 of 2011 and expedited the hearing of Second Appeal.

In view of earlier order dated 25.02.2011, nothing survives in the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Civil Application stands dismissed in 1/3

view of earlier order dated 25.02.2011 in Civil Application no. 164 of 2011.

b) Office is directed to place the Second Appeal for final hearing in weekly board as per its turn in senior citizen list.
