P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Mahendra Savandekar, PI, EOW, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the police have filed charge-sheet in the Court of Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade Court, Mumbai on 2nd December, 2022 and the same has been numbered as CC No.831/PW/2012. 2) In view thereof, the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court.
