The order impugned in the present petition is passed by the Commissioner in exercise of power under Section 257 of Land Revenue Code, 1966 against which the petitioner has remedy by way of second revision under Section 257 of the Land Revenue Code, 1966.

Hence, by keeping the questions raised in the petition open to be adjudicated before the Minister.
