The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before Respondent No. 2 - S.D.O., Shahapur, Dist. Thane. He submits that Respondent No. 2 be directed to consider and take appropriate decision on her representation as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid prayer, we allow the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before Respondent No. 2. On receipt of the same, the Respondent No. 2 Vishal Parekar 1/2

Needless to say that we have not commented upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement in regard to the claim.
