This Civil Application is moved by the applicant for condonation of delay of 250 days in filing Civil Revision Application.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there was a change of Advocate and the applicant took time to obtain papers due to ill health. Hence, he prays that the said delay be condoned.
