We had called out the matter on 14.07.2017. On the said day, none appeared for the Petitioner. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 5 were present. However, in the interest of justice, though none appeared for the Petitioner, we had adjourned the matter to 21.07.2017. On 21.07.2017 also when the matter was called out none appeared for the Petitioner.
