Heard the learned Government Pleader appearing for the applicant. He submitted that time may be granted till 16th March 2018 as prayed in prayer clause(c) in the case of Navi Mumbai. He submitted that the applicant is not pressing this civil application as far as Satara is concerned. The undertaking of Shri Prasad Vasant Mahajan, Joint Transport Commissioner, Maharashtra on behalf of the State Government is tendered across the bar. It is only in the undertaking that we are extending time as prayed for by way of last chance.

cai15 The undertaking of Shri Mahajan is accepted. Hence, we dispose of the application by passing the following order:

(I) The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause clauses (a) and (b);

(II)The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(c) with the modification that the Deputy Regional Transport office at Navi Mumbai is exempted till 16th March 2018;

(III)The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (d) with modification that the word `Satara' stands deleted from prayer clause (d) as per the submission of the learned Government Pleader. (RIYAZ.I.CHAGLA,J.) (A.S.OKA,J.)
