This Application is filed for limited relief for correcting the name of Suman Awghade in the consent terms that is filed in this Court on 31.08.2019. On the basis of consent terms, the Appeal is disposed of. However, the name of Suman Awghade is written as Suman Balu Awghade at two places in paragraph 7(2) of the consent terms. It is submitted that her name in fact is Suman Baban Awghade. The parties do not dispute the position.

As such, in the consent terms wherever there is name 'Suman Balu Awghade', same be read as 'Suman Baban Awghade'. 3.
