Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 2/2019 registered with Shirur Police Station, Pune Rural for offence punishable under Sections 307, 384, 385, 324, 337, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, after having been arrested on 01/01/2019. The victim has alleged that the applicant has assaulted him with a stone on his face. No corresponding injury in the injury certificate is noticed.

From the investigation papers, it appears that the investigation to the extent of role played by the applicant is already completed. There are no antecedents. In view of this, applicant deserves grant of bail.

(A) Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 2/2019 registered with Shirur Police Station, Pune Rural on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) Till framing of charge-sheet, applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of Shirur Police Station. Application stands disposed of.
