This is an application for relaxation of condition No. 6 (ii) and 6 (vi) imposed on the applicant while granting him bail by this Court (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J.) vide an order dated 19th January, 2021 passed in Criminal Bail Application (Stamp) No.5538 of 2020, which read as under;

" 6 (ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m to 12.00 noon, till the conclusion of the trial;

43-IA-539-2024.doc 6 (vi) The applicant shall not leave Mumbai, Thane and Palghar without the permission of the trial Court".

In so far as condition No. 6 (ii) is concerned, the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on first Sunday after every two months between 10.00 a.m and 12.00 noon till conclusion of the trial.

As regards condition No.6 (vi) is concerned, the applicant is at liberty to seek prior permission of the trial Court and, therefore, there is no question of relaxation of condition 6 (vi). 4.
