By the Application (St.) No.11220 of 2013, the Applicants seek to delete the name of Applicant No.1A. It is stated that the Applicant No.1A was the widow of the original Appellant who has expired. Her heirs are already on record. In view of this position Civil Application (St.) No.11220 of 2013 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and (c).

Amendment to be carried out within period of two weeks from today.
