The learned APP has placed before us printout of the case status, which shows that after February 2020, the matter has appeared before the learned Magistrate for hearing on several occasions, the last date being of 28 October 2021. Perhaps this is the reason why none appears for the Petitioner having lost interest in prosecuting this petition.
