The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows: "For the aforesaid grounds and reasons, I pray this Hon'ble Court to give direction to Registrar Judicial, not to list my matters before the above bench (single or division)."

On 8-06-2018 also, the Petitioner was not present and the matter was directed to be listed "for dismissal" after two weeks. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Petition. The Petition shall accordingly stand dismissed for default.

Even otherwise, it is not possible for this Court to grant such relief and the Petitioner may approach the Hon'ble the Chief Justice on the administrative side, if he so desires.
