Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who on instructions, makes a statement that the charge sheet is filed in the present crime. Learned counsel for the applicants submit that the applicants have attended the Investigating Officer as per directions of this Court by an order dated 8.3.2018 when the applicants were granted interim protection.

Present application arise out of cross-complaints lodged by two groups. Applicant no.3 lodged a report against the complainant-Rajkumar Gavade and members of his group upon which crime no.565 of 2017 is registered and on the basis of the report lodged by Rajkumar Gavade crime no.564 of 2017 came to be registered against the applicants. It is noted that both crimes are registered for offences punishable under sections 307,324, 323,143, 144, 147, 148,149,504, 506 of IPC and section 4 and 25 of the Arms Act. Injuries sustained by the complainant are simple as against the injuries which are sustained by the applicant's group are grievous.

Statement made as aforesaid by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor with regard to the nature of the injuries and having considered the fact which is found substantiated from the injury report, copy of which is placed on record and having considered the fact that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed, application is allowed. 4.

Order dated 8.3.2018 stands confirmed.

The applicants shall mark their presence with Mangalwedha Police Station, District Solapur on the first day of

each month initially for a period of three months and thereafter, quarterly on the first day of each of such month pending trial. (P.N.DESHMUKH, J.)
