By this petition, filed on 19th December, 2018, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his trial. 2.

Pursuant to the order dated 4th August, 2022, the learned Additional Sessions Judge has submitted his report dated 20th/22nd of August, 2022. It appears from the said report, that the learned Judge Digitally signed by SANJAY ASARAM MANDAWGAD Date:

2022.09.05 15:14:48 +0530 has taken charge as an Additional Judge, Special Court, Pune on 10th SANJAY ASARAM MANDAWGAD August, 2022. Pursuant thereto, the learned Judge has framed charge sanjay_mandawgad

2/2 31-criwp690-19 as against the accused. The learned Judge in his report has stated that he will make an endeavor and take sincere efforts to dispose off the case, as early as possible.

Considering the assurance given by the learned Judge, as stated herein-above, we dispose of the aforesaid writ petition with a direction to the learned Judge to decide the said case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Registry, to forthwith communicate the aforesaid order to the learned Court, seized of the case, by Fax/e-mail/a Special Messenger, so as to enable the learned Additional Special District and Sessions Judge, MCOC Court, Pune to comply with the said order. 5.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, writ petition is disposed off.
