The present crime in question i.e. First Information Report (FIR) No. 2 of 2021, dated 2nd January, 2021, is registered with Gandhi Maidan Police Station, Yadar Sub-Division, District Patna, State of Bihar. 2.

In view thereof, according to us, the Petitioner will have to approach concerned Court having jurisdiction over the said Police Station in the State of Bihar.

Learned Advocate for Petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate remedy as may be permissible under the law.

Leave and liberty granted.
