Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, learned A.G.P for the Respondent No.24-State makes a statement, on the instructions of Mr.S.B.Pawar, Under Secretary, Revenue Department, that the Hon'ble Minister, Revenue Department, will

2/3 hear the Revision Application being RTS-2717/66/Case No.181/J-4, within four months from today.

In view of the statement made by learned A.G.P, on instructions, the learned counsel for the Petitioners does not press this Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same. 4.

The Hon'ble Minister, Revenue Department, shall decide the aforesaid Revision Application, within four months and pass appropriate orders. All parties shall co-operate with the hearing of the said Revision Application. All contentions of all the parties are kept open. 5.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.5, 12, 13 and 14 (Respondent Nos.13 and 14 holding the Power of Attorney for Respondent Nos.1 to 11), makes a statement that till the Revision Application is heard by the Hon'ble Minister, Revenue Department, the aforesaid Respondents will not take any steps, pursuant to the mutation entries made in the Revenue Register and will also not create any third party rights. Statement accepted.
