Mr. Walimbe states that the entire election process is over and technically prayer clause (a), (b) and (c) sought in the petition would not survive. As regards prayer clause (d) is concerned Mr. Walimbe states that petitioner will make representation to the Reserve Bank of India and the Reserve Bank of India may take such decision as it deems fit in accordance with law.

Should petitioner wish to raise any dispute regarding election they may do so in accordance with law.

In view of the above, petition disposed.
