This is the second application for bail. Earlier application was dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 16/11/2015 by this Court. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is arrested on 14/05/2015 and till date the charge is not framed. He submitted that as no liberty was granted to the applicant by the said order dated 16/11/2015 to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, the applicant is constrained to approach this Court again. In view of the fact that the applicant is arrested on 14/05/2015 and till date charge is not framed, the applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, which will be decided on its own merits. 3.

The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
