Mr.Tripathi, Learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr.Nakhawa, learned Additional Government Pleader pointed out that in the order dated 26/2/2018 a period of two weeks is wrongly typed instead of 2 days.

Perusal of the order reveals that time of two weeks is stated to be granted to the Applicant to seek instructions. In fact on the day of hearing dated 26/2/2018, the applicant was granted time of two days to seek instructions.

In the circumstances, office to delete the word "weeks" and replace it by the word "days". Correction be carried out in the original order as well as in the order uploaded on the server. 4.

Mr.Tripathi, Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to surrender before the police within a period of one week from today.

Mr.Nakhawa, Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Investigating Officer has no objection for the same. 6.

The involvement of the Applicant is in C.R.No.34/2018 registered with Kharghar Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC. In view of the facts as mentioned in the FIR and since it is apparently found that offence is based on the documents, liberty as prayed for is granted. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

i) Application is allowed to be withdrawn and stand disposed of as dismissed;

ii) Applicant to surrender before the Police within a period of one week from today.
