Perused the Application. Subject to removal of office objections within a period of 8 weeks from today, the Civil Application will stand allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). If office objections are not so removed within the time granted, the earlier order dismissing the Appeal will stand restored. Since the

Rane (sr.43) 2/2 CAS-382-2017 objection is regarding payment of court-fees, the Applicants will not move any Application for interim relief, unless the court-fees are paid.
