Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that the application may be allowed to be withdrawn. It is however submitted that the applicant has been facing this prosecution for offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act. At the relevant time he was Assistant Public Prosecutor at Palghar, hence, trial may be expedited.

In view of submission, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of accordingly. 3.

The trial is expedited.

4.
