This writ petition is preferred for grant of parole. Learned APP for the State makes a statement that the Petitioner was granted furlough, therefor, reliefs claimed in the petition have been rendered infructuous. Statement is not disputed by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. In that view of the matter, writ petition is dismissed it having been rendered infructuous.
