Having heard Mr. Oak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Thakur, learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's application/representation dated 6th July, 2018, filed through his power of attorney, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit - J", page 28 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.
