The Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the Respondent - Management of not allowing the Petitioner to join his duties. According to the Petitioner, the Petitioner was appointed after following the regular procedure and the Respondent - Management illegally stopping the Petitioner from reporting to
10. WP 6480.21.doc work. This fact situation would be of otherwise of termination for which the Petitioner has the remedy of approaching to the School Tribunal. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will do so. As regards the question of delay that would arise, we leave that to the School Tribunal to decide as the Respondent - Management is not before us.
